To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please let us know the reason for your return along with your order # so we can locate the transaction. If your request is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Note: MyBat Pro does not pay for any returns or exchanges to be shipped back to our facility. Customer is responsible for all return postage.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to place a new order for the item(s) and contact us about returning the original order. Once the return is received, we will issue a refund. Otherwise, you may contact us for an exchange letting us know what item you want to replace it with, and once we receive the returned item we will ship the replacement. If there are any price differences, it must be settled prior to the replacement being shipped.
Once a return has been received, please allow 3 to 5 business days for it to be processed. Once inspected and approved for return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times vary depending on the payment method, and any delays should be discussed with your bank or credit card company for more details. Note: shipping charges are non-refundable.
